Austin over at Rain City Roofers (a family owned company) handled my initial quote. He is young, but knows the trade. He was friendly, gave me a good price and was not pushy. His roofers were all hardworking and got the job done in 2 days. They kept my property clean and were all respectful. His dad was there during the work and he kept me up to date with everything that was going on. Reached out to Rain City Roofers for a leak that had developed in the past few days (but only presented itself right before the start of this latest “atmospheric river” dumping >5” in my area). Big shout-out to Austin that promptly responded to call and came out same day (despite being booked out) to look at issue, and address my concerns. While issue appears to be a bit elusive and are still looking into it (everything appears to be good in the area of concern), am extremely confident that RCR will do everything in their power to ensure issue is found and properly mitigatef.
